Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A. For Domestic Ground, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed.
For Domestic Priority: 5-7 Business days from the date the order was placed
For International First Class: 10-14 business days from the date the order was placed
For International Priority: 7-10 Business days
For 2-3 days or express service, please contact us to complete your order

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. We accept debit, credit cards, Money order as payment (No personal check). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, and Paypal

Q. IS MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I SUBMIT AN ORDER?
A. Yes, our system will completed the transaction after your submit of the order, your debit/credit card is immediately charged for all online orders. Any out of stock or back order item will be notify and will be refund within 3-5 business days.

Q. HOW DO I KNOW IF ANY OF MY PARTS ARE ON BACK ORDER OR DISCONTINUED?
A. We will contact you via email or by phone as soon as we find out any part you have ordered is out of stock or discontinued. We do not have back-order option. All out of stock item will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

Q. CAN I ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
A. Yes, only an order has not been process out with a tracking number, otherwise we are not able to add to an existing order. If you need other parts, you will need to place an additional order or give us a call to make another order.
