Replaced the original brakes on my YZF 1000R because they squealed so badly. Pads were only 25% worn and rotors smooth but embarrassing every time I stopped. What a difference from these Volar Motorsport Kelvar Brake Pads! I only changed the fronts. These brakes were so much better after just a few stops, I changed out the rears. Now I have to be careful not to lock them up. I only need half the pressure and stop twice as fast! And no squeal!

I tried these Volar Motorsport brake pads, on the front of the bike, after reading a forum member's review. I got 10k miles out the OEM pads. Installation was very simple, just took 10 minutes or so. After breaking them in and putting a few hundred miles on them, I think the braking is probably as good as the OEM pads, but I wouldn't say they're any better... yet. I've had no abnormal noises from them yet. Overall I love these pads and especially with this price, you can never go wrong with them. 5 stars

Simply put, these are great. A perfect fit and they do not squeak at all. Entire brake job takes 10 minutes with the proper parts, which these are. Best rating!
