Chain looked good but Master link cracked and broke when trying to install. I contacted D2Moto Customer Service via e-mail and it took 2 days or more to respond each time (Customer Service was terrible). I also contacted Valor directly because I felt it was a defective product. Both companies told me that I must have pressed the master link on too far and therefore it was my fault. This is not possible as the pins actually cracked before the rivet mushroomed. After several e-mails, D2Moto final sent me a replacement master link which did the same thing. I decided I would not trust my safety to this inferior chain and purchased a new one of a different well known brand.

I was impressed with the quality appearance of this Volar O-ring chain. I installed it on my bike and have at least 1,000 miles on it so far, and have not had to re-adjust the tension. I can only guess at the durability of the chain at this point, but judging from the appearance, finish and weight, I predict getting exceptional life from it. Excellent price in comparison to other sources that sell the same chain, or comparable chain. Thanks D2moto for quality products at competitive prices, and prompt shipment!
