    Ok... I got the frame sliders today and did a dry run on installing them before the final installation. On intial install the the "paint" started chipping off where the reduced diameter portion hit the frame. Turns out they are really not all black, all the way through, painted... the real color of off white? So that means that "potentially" as time goes by these sliders will chip anf then have to be re-painted...
