First of all 1.- Those ARE NOT UNIVERSAL MIRRORS, they have to adapt every diferent bike, maybe they will fit to Sports bike, neither I have a Suzuki Gladius and It was really dificult to adapt, mount, the screws did not serve at all. 2.- These mirrors shake like HELL and of course they cant hold the position you set in the mirror so when you arround 20 mph they low down, they need a good material and design to avoid fall into another position , the dangerous thing about this is that you cant see because of the change position when is wind or any bump on the way.

I took the mounting bracket off and shaved the attachment part so they'd fit my stock mirror mounts. I like the look and having the extra turn signals but as stated before they vibrate like hell! I had other 650R forum members complain of the same problem as well. One of them popped the mirror off carefully to find the nut behind it was loose. Not something you should have to do when buying a product such as this.

Overall great product. LED's are very bright and noticeable. The only reason I gave it four stars is that the bolts where too short for my 2003 ZX9R. I had to replace the with longer bolts.

I got these mirrors a few weeks ago. Were easy to install by splicing wires of flush mounts. Had to drill a few holes. Would have given better rating if the mirrors could lock into place on the ends after adjustment and if they had base covers to prevent rusting of hardware and to dress it up.

Mirrors look good and do adjust nice but the end of the mirrors move around and there is no way to tighten it. I called D2 and was told i could JB weld them. I paid 50 dollars for a good set of mirrors. If i was going to JB weld them i will buy cheap ones made in China. The only reason they got a two star is because they said they would take them back.

The length is a good balance between small stubby mirrors and the too-long stock mirrors most bikes come equipped with. The LEDs are super bright - as marketed - and provide great visibility. The mirrors are highly adjustable and allow you to position them basically whereever you desire. The range of sight is incredible and cannot be beat. However, the adjustment point where the stem meets mirror lacks stability. The vibrations from the highway knock the mirrors out of position as the bolt inside the stem at that point is not tight enough. The other two points stay very tight with those teeth. Also, I had to drill a small hole between the bolts for my wires to go through. Without doing so, the wires would have to sneak around the windshield. Overall, good mirrors!

It seems nobody has used these on the highway because the stalks on my mirrors were too loose leading to the mirror moving at highways speed. Popping off the mirror glass and tightening the stalk bolt fixes this. If the stalk was tight from the factory I would give these 5 stars but because it needs that adjustment and I ended up breaking one of the mirrors trying to pop it off, it gets 3. (Mirrors adapted to a 650R)
