    I purchase a set of brake pads from Demoto, for my 1979 Yamaha XS11SF and the pads arrived within a few days. However when I checked the new pads out, I was concerned about the thickness of the friction material and emailed Demoto. Within day I received a reply however to my surprise, a few days after that I also received a call from Demoto. The person who called was very knowledgable and I decided to go ahead and install the pads. But I appreciate the exceptional efforts Demoto made to answer my questions and concerns. That's real customer service!

    I was lerry of the pads because of the price.But figured hey not like I've wasted $10 before.After receiving them and checking them out,they were the same as what came off the bike.After installing them and a test ride in the yard,nothing fast.I have to say they work perfect and better than expected. I will be buying parts from D2Moto again.
